PileLAT Version 2.6.2 Release

We are pleased to announce that PileLAT Version 2.6.2 is released with the following improvements and updates:

Version 2.6.2 - May 2026

New Features:

• A new feature of exporting the analysis results into the excel spreadsheet has been added to this release. The excel spreadsheet file contains graphical plots of all results, tabulated results along the pile length for all load cases, and a comprehensive summary table covering all load cases. A new button for excel exporting function has been added to the top toolbar of the PileLAT output program.

• All the PileLAT examples have been improved with more description details under the "Project Properties" dialog. In the previous versions, all the PileLAT example files are copied to the default program installation folder under C:\Program Files\PileLAT after the program installation. This default path will result in the "Acess Violation" warning as some users might not have the right to access the path of C:\Program Files. In this release, this has been changed to C:\Users\Public\Documents\PileLAT to avoid the access issues
