The latest version of PileLAT is Version 2.4 which has been released in July 2022 and can be downloaded from the links below.
Step 1: Install PileLAT Program
Unzip and run the setup file (PileLATSetUpFlexible.zip) to install the PileLAT program.
Step 2: Install Sentinel HASP Driver (Both Server Computer and Client Computer)
For both server and client computers, you need to install Sentinel HASP Driver first as per this link.
Step 3: Flexible License Activation (Server Computer Only)
It is suggested that you nominate the license server computer carefully. If the license server computer is not available, the client computers will not be able to use our programs. It is not recommended to use the computer you work on as license server because the license server will become unavailable to other users when you turn off the PC. It is ideal to have a dedicated server computer to store the license key to ensure that the network license will always be available to the server.
As for the program with the flexible license, a C2V file will need to be generated for the server computer using RUS Utility Tool which can be downloaded from the link of "RUS Tool Download" above.
You can start the INGeotechRUS.exe executable from the extracted INGeotechRUS.zip file.
Go to the "Collect Status Information" Tab.
At the bottom of RUS Tool dialog, you select one of the following options to collect information and generate the C2V file:
Update of existing protection key
Installation of new protection key (Please select this one for the first installation)
Click "Collect Information" will open a pop-up window where you can choose the location to save the C2V file.
You will need to email the C2V file to Support@PileGroups.com and we will generate the license file of V2C file and email to you.
Once you receive the V2C file from us, you can go to the "Apply License File" tab of RUS Tool, select the V2C file in the "Update File" box and click "Apply Update" to activate the license.
Click the link here to learn how to set up the license server to enable client computers to access the license key installed on the license server.
